Order £50 or more and delivery is free.

Standard UK Delivery for orders under £50 is £3.50 (1-3 working days)

We are passionate about our products and hope you love them as much as we do.

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with something though, just send it back to us in its original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt and we’ll give you a full refund (excluding delivery charges) or exchange.

If your dog manages to damage a Zogoflex toy in the first year, you can get a one time free replacement per dog toy per customer. Proof of purchase and the damaged toy necessary.
