- How long will delivery take?
Our standard delivery service aims to get your order to you within 3 working days*. Orders must be placed by 12pm to ensure same day dispatch.How much will delivery cost?
Our delivery charge is £3.50 but if you order £50 or more delivery is free.Depending on how big and heavy your order is, we’ll choose an appropriate carrier. You will almost always have to sign for your order upon receipt, as we post most items by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or larger items by courier. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Deliveries of bags of food do not need a signature, however, and so please let us know where we can leave them if you're not in, by emailing us.
Bank Holidays
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.Direct Delivery
In order to save you a little money, we may, in some instances, deliver a product directly from our suppliers to you. But don’t worry, we will always be your point of contact.Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we can't to ship to PO Box addresses for security reasons.Do you deliver to hotels?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to a hotel if it is your place of employment.*Delivery times are only estimates and, as we’re only human, things may go awry very occasionally. In such cases, we’re genuinely very sorry and will try to expedite your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable for such delays.

However, there will be times when you might need to return something, and we’ll try to make it as quick and easy for you as we can. Please see the relevant sections below and always remember to get in touch with us at returns@chewedslippers.co.uk with the following details to authorise a return:

5. Whether you require a refund or replacementCertain items will come directly from our suppliers in order to minimise the delivery costs to you. In such instances, you may need to return the product back to them, but we’ll let you know if this is the case.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns of dog clothes that have been worn - doggies have a habit of leaving lots of hair behind!
Order Cancellations
If you’ve changed your mind and we haven’t yet despatched your order, then you can cancel it very easily. Just email us on returns@chewedslippers.co.uk as soon as you can (bearing in mind that we try to despatch most items on the same day!), quoting your order number and stating your desire to cancel. We’ll then let you know if your products have already been sent out. If they have, then you’ll need to go through the returns procedure (please read below).Returns or Exchanges
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with something, we’ll gladly exchange it or give you a refund so long as the item has not been used, is in its original saleable condition and you get it back to us within 14 days of receipt (refunds exclude delivery charges). However please email us first on returns@chewedslippers.co.uk, stating your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.Please note that food & treats cannot be returned once opened.
Please be aware too that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
All returns should include your invoice.
Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty, we’re really sorry! We try to package everything as carefully as possible so that you receive your goods in perfect condition, but occasionally accidents will happen in the post. In these instances, or indeed if the product is not as it should be, please email us on returns@chewedslippers.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.Wrong Items
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, then we’ve made a mistake – sorry!Please email us on returns@chewedslippers.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.How does the Zogoflex guarantee work?
Do you have a dog that was able to damage our Zogoflex® toy? Well, you must have one amazingly powerful chewer - the return rate is less than 1%. You may choose to receive a free one-time replacement or refund - your choice. Just email us with the following:1. A quick note to let us know the breed and age of your dog, and how long it took your furry friend to damage the toy. (This is optional, but we love the feedback).
2. Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
3. And of course remember to include your order number.Once your return has been cleared, just pop it in the post to us (to the address above) along with your delivery slip. Not only do we inspect the returned toys for weaknesses, but we also recycle them!
How many times can I return a toy for a free replacement?
Just one time per product line, per customer. Due to the different shapes and sizes of the toys we've heard feedback that while a few dogs can damage one style of toy, they cannot actually damage another style. And if your dog is capable of damaging the new style of toy, go ahead and send it in and we'll offer a one-time replacement for this particular style of Zogoflex® toy. So to summarise, you could potentially get one replacement Hurley®, one replacement Huck, one replacement Zisc®, and one replacement Tux.This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- Keeping packaging to a minimum and even reusing our suppliers’ packaging whenever we can
- Sourcing environmentally friendly products (like the Zogoflex range)
- Nearly all of the mailing supplies we use are recyclable – even down to the masking tape, and most of it is even biodegradable (and we encourage you to reuse our boxes & bags as much as possible!)
- We get the bus to work, boil only as much water as we need to for tea and switch off the lights when we leave the room!

5 Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Chewed Slippers you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Chewed Slippers retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
(c) Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. We accept payments only in British Pounds Sterling.
(d) Discount Codes
(i) Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
(ii) Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
(e) Gift Vouchers
(i) Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher – check your voucher to find out when to use it by.
(ii) We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers.
(iii) We’ll despatch your gift voucher either as soon as payment has been cleared or on your specified delivery date (if this is later). We’re afraid we can’t be responsible for any delays, no matter how they are caused.
(iv) If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter – it is your responsibility to do so and we’re afraid we can’t be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect.
In addition, we can’t take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.
(v) From time to time, gift vouchers may get caught in pesky spam filters, and it’s up to the recipient to check these filters. We can’t take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside of our control.
(vi) If you need a refund, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two).
